Regarding the transmission mechanism, we use linear guides made in Switzerland and screws made in Germany. So the assembly accuracy is of high quality. All the traverse accuracy is controlled within 1u and the verticality of the X axis and Z axis is controlled within 2u and is inspected by a laser interferometer. Buyers can choose whether they want it to be driven by a linear motor, no backlash screw, or with synchronized X and C axes. When the work piece profile is complicated or the grinding is eccentric, profile accuracy could be controlled within 2u.
